About the Human Resources Operations Specialist Role
Carly, a next-generation e-commerce platform focused on simplifying the online car buying and selling experience, is seeking a Human Resources Operations Specialist. This full-time, on-site role is based in Riyadh and is integral to the company's mission of transforming the automotive ownership journey through innovation and user-centric design. Team members contribute to a fast-growing environment that encourages new ideas and collaboration.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Human Resources Operations Specialist will manage the day-to-day HR operations. This includes maintaining accurate employee records, processing HR documentation, and supporting payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with internal stakeholders. The specialist will also be involved in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting HR systems to maintain data accuracy.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Coordinate with managers on various HR-related issues.
- Assist with employee relations activities.
- Contribute to the improvement of HR workflows and operational efficiency.
- Generate HR reports to support decision-making.
- Support HR projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess strong HR operations and general Human Resources skills, with practical experience in managing HR processes and systems. Hands-on experience with HR management, including the implementation and compliance of HR policies with local labor laws, is essential. Familiarity with HRIS or HR management tools, coupled with strong data accuracy and documentation skills, is required.
- Demonstrated ability in employee relations, including handling inquiries and maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is considered a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant HR certifications are advantageous.
- Experience in tech, e-commerce, or high-growth environments is beneficial.
Work Environment and Location
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. The role operates within a collaborative and solution-oriented team environment, contributing to the development of digital automotive services.
