About the Human Resources Operations Specialist Role
Al Jeri Investment is seeking a Human Resources Operations Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on the efficient execution of daily HR operational activities. The role is integral to maintaining smooth HR processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
Core Responsibilities
The Human Resources Operations Specialist will manage and execute a range of day-to-day HR operational tasks to ensure a seamless workflow. Key duties include:
- Overseeing daily HR operational tasks and maintaining efficient HR processes.
- Managing and maintaining employee records and HR systems with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handling HR transactions across various government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher, and Ajeer.
- Processing employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract updates in compliance with labor regulations.
- Supporting payroll-related inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Preparing regular HR operational reports, such as attendance, headcount, and turnover data.
- Ensuring data integrity and consistency across all HR systems and platforms.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR workflows and system efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR operations processes.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher, and Ajeer.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong reporting capabilities.
