Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, overseeing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage personnel management and government platform interactions.
  • Handle payroll management and talent acquisition.
  • Implement HR policies and manage employee benefits.
  • Support overall HR strategy and workplace culture.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
  • Strong experience with government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad) and HR systems like Jisr.
  • Experience in payroll processing and employee lifecycle management.
  • Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant HR experience.

Eligibility: Candidates must meet Saudization requirements in line with local labor regulations.

  • Preferred previous experience in the land transportation or logistics sector.
  • Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Saudi labor laws and government portals.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Advanced skills in computer use, especially in Office programs (Excel and Word).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
