About the Role: The Human Resources Specialist at Al Bassami Logistics Solutions plays a pivotal role as a liaison between the Human Resources department and operations management. Responsible for managing the administrative and labor matters of operational staff and drivers, ensuring discipline and compliance with regulations through guidance and administrative investigations. The specialist also handles government platforms and issues official documents, while monitoring attendance and departure to provide the payroll department with attendance influences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute all operations through government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, social insurance, Logistics Platform, Tam) including renewals of residency, work licenses, and service transfers.
  • Direct communication with drivers and operational staff to manage and guide them.
  • Conduct administrative investigations into operational violations and issue warnings and penalties according to regulations.
  • Coordinate and submit vacation requests in the system for drivers.
  • Ongoing coordination with operations management to address sudden driver absences and ensure work continuity.
  • Attract and recruit operational staff.
  • Prepare regular reports and follow up on residency, violations, and work licenses.
  • Maintain and update employee files, ensuring the validity of documents and professional driving licenses.

Job Requirements:
  • Over two years of experience in Human Resources management and administrative affairs.
  • Preferred previous experience in the land transportation or logistics sector.
  • Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Saudi labor laws and government portals.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Advanced skills in computer use, especially in Office programs (Excel and Word).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Effective communication and the ability to convey instructions clearly while listening to employee concerns.
  • Conflict management skills and the ability to deal fairly and professionally in resolving labor disputes and issues.
  • Commitment to and enforcement of company policies and regulations fairly.
  • Organization and time management skills to prioritize administrative and operational tasks timely.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and adaptability to operational changes and rapid responses to emergencies.

Technical Competencies:
  • Ability to manage government platforms and high efficiency in using work portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, insurance, etc.).
  • Carry out administrative investigations and know the legal foundations for employee investigations and applying penalties.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word for preparing administrative reports and documenting data.
