Key Responsibilities:
  • Directing HR Assistant in recruiting, screening, and evaluating job applicants.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s hiring policies.
  • Reviewing employment applications and evaluating qualifications.
  • Initiating employment requisitions and managing vacancy announcements.
  • Maintaining databases of employment applications.
  • Coordinating with candidates on employment start dates.
  • Handling employment certificates and managing vacations, rewarding, and disciplinary actions.
  • Providing support and advice to employees based on company policies.
  • Processing payroll transactions including new hires, suspensions, and terminations.
  • Assisting in other HR functions as needed.
