Key Responsibilities:
  • Regional Growth & Expansion Support: Assist in HR workstreams for new country openings including entity setup and compliance readiness.
  • Strategic HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance throughout the HR lifecycle and maintain strong governance over employee documentation and labor law requirements.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with business leaders to align recruitment with regional needs.
  • Capability Building & Learning Programs: Partner with leadership to identify future capability needs.
  • Vendor & Third-Party Management: Coordinate with external service providers to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and HR systems (Workday preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
