In the role of Human Resources Specialist, you will support a variety of HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee support, and regulatory compliance, all crucial for maintaining a high-performance culture aligned with company goals.

Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Human Resources or related fields with at least three years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, and proficiency in HR platforms like Qiwa and GOSI.

- Onboarding: Manage new hire documentation, prepare employment contracts, facilitate induction sessions, and ensure necessary registrations are completed.
- Offboarding: Oversee clearance procedures, manage final salary and documentation, and coordinate with banks regarding employee loans.
- Employee Support: Assist employees with bank requirements, manage inquiries regarding Iqama and visas, and provide information on professional memberships.
- Government Compliance: Handle HR tasks related to government entities, updating records as necessary.
- Travel and Accommodation: Arrange travel for new and departing employees.
- Process Improvement: Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and collaborate on HR process enhancements.
