About the ICQA 3PL Specialist Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch is seeking an ICQA 3PL Specialist for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on inventory control and quality assurance within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment.

Role Overview

The ICQA 3PL Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory data and processes within the warehouse. This involves monitoring daily operations, identifying discrepancies, and contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of the 3PL function. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Monitoring inbound and outbound processes for quality and compliance.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
• Documenting findings and reporting on inventory status and operational performance.
• Collaborating with other departments to improve inventory management processes.
• Assisting with the implementation of process improvements.
• Performing other duties as assigned, which may include working extended hours or holidays as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts up to 12 hours.
• Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Work Schedule and Flexibility

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with overtime as required. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays. The role also requires an expectation to arrive at least 30 minutes early and remain at least 30 minutes at the end of the shift to complete necessary tasks.
