Interface Manager SEC

About the Role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an Interface Manager SEC to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for managing technical, engineering, and construction interfaces between the project, SEC, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal disciplines. The role focuses on ensuring timely resolution of interface issues and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project interfaces with SEC/client, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop and maintain the Interface Management Plan, Interface Register, and Interface Matrix.
• Identify, document, and track technical, engineering, construction, and commissioning interfaces.
• Coordinate interfaces between Electrical, Civil, Protection & Control, SCADA, Telecom, T&C, and other project disciplines.
• Act as the primary coordination point for SEC-related technical and project interface matters.
• Arrange and lead regular interface coordination meetings with SEC and project stakeholders.
• Track interface actions, approvals, comments, and commitments to ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate engineering and construction deliverables requiring SEC review and approval.
• Identify potential interface risks, conflicts, and delays, and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure approved SEC requirements, specifications, drawings, and standards are communicated to relevant project teams.
• Coordinate site inspections, testing, commissioning, energization, and handover interfaces with SEC.
• Support resolution of technical clarifications, RFIs, design changes, and site issues.
• Monitor interface-related milestones and escalate critical issues to project management.
• Maintain proper records of interface communications, approvals, MOMs, and action trackers.
• Coordinate with Planning, Commercial, and Project Controls teams on interface-related schedule and cost impacts.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE, quality, and contractual requirements.
