Job Purpose:
The Specialist will ensure accurate and compliant control of all medical-device inventory spanning warehouses, branches, and consignment locations. Your role is crucial in maintaining product integrity and supporting uninterrupted sales while minimizing losses and discrepancies.

Scope & Key Outcomes:

Achieve inventory accuracy of 98-99% across ERP and physical stock.
Guarantee compliance for medical-device traceability and storage.
Manage expiry, slow-moving, and obsolete stock to minimize write-offs.
Support sales growth by ensuring product availability and order fulfillment.
Provide reliable inventory reports for Finance, Sales, and Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily inventory transactions and ensure ERP reconciliation.
Control lot, serial number, and UDI tracking.
Execute periodic cycle counts and handle variances.
Ensure compliance with inbound receiving and bin location accuracy.
Manage non-standard inventory and optimize inventory health.
Coordinate readiness for audits, tenders, and inspections.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily based in a warehouse environment, requiring compliance with safety protocols and potential travel to branches or customer sites.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
3-5 years of inventory control experience in medical devices or pharma.
Strong exposure to lot/serial/expiry control.
