Job Purpose:

  • Support sales growth by ensuring product availability and order fulfillment.
  • Provide reliable inventory reports for Finance, Sales, and Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily inventory transactions and ensure ERP reconciliation.
  • Control lot, serial number, and UDI tracking.
  • Execute periodic cycle counts and handle variances.
  • Ensure compliance with inbound receiving and bin location accuracy.
  • Manage non-standard inventory and optimize inventory health.
  • Coordinate readiness for audits, tenders, and inspections.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily based in a warehouse environment, requiring compliance with safety protocols and potential travel to branches or customer sites.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
  • 3-5 years of inventory control experience in medical devices or pharma.
  • Strong exposure to lot/serial/expiry control.
