About Indra: Indra is a global leader in technology and consulting, dedicated to developing mission-critical solutions across various sectors, including transport and mobility. As our team grows in the Middle East, we are looking for an IT Technician to support our Urban Mobility projects in Riyadh.

Role Summary: As an IT Technician, you will provide technical support for key transport projects, ensuring optimal performance of IT infrastructure that supports urban transit systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Monitor and support IT systems, networks, and virtual environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to software, hardware, and connectivity.
  • Manage user accounts and access configurations.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports.
  • Conduct functional testing of software.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of IT support experience.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, Windows & Linux administration, and virtualization technologies.

Languages: Arabic (required), English (required), Spanish (valued).
