As our team grows in the Middle East, we are looking for an IT Technician to support our Urban Mobility projects in Riyadh.

Role Summary: As an IT Technician, you will provide technical support for key transport projects, ensuring optimal performance of IT infrastructure that supports urban transit systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Monitor and support IT systems, networks, and virtual environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to software, hardware, and connectivity.
  • Manage user accounts and access configurations.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports.
  • Conduct functional testing of software.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of IT support experience.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, Windows & Linux administration, and virtualization technologies.

Languages: Arabic (required), English (required), Spanish (valued).
