Your Role: As an IT Onsite Technician at Hemmersbach, you will play a critical role in providing local and remote desktop support for our clients. You will get the opportunity to work with leading companies in the IT industry and be a part of a social purpose organization that contributes positively to the community.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Providing day-to-day local/remote desktop support.
  • Handling inbound calls and answering questions.
  • Troubleshooting and documenting hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system.
  • Coordinating repairs with vendors such as Hp, Dell, and Xerox.
  • Replacing machines for users and troubleshooting LAN/Wi-Fi issues.
  • Providing Smart Hands support for network and data center devices.
  • Deploying and reinstalling machines using JAMF/Intune/SCCM.
  • Setting up or relocating workstations.

Your Skills:
  • Relevant IT experience.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2).
  • Experience in operating systems, applications, and hardware installation/troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills for vendor coordination and escalations.
