💼 Job Title:
Call Center – Technical Support
💵 Salary: 5,500 Riyals (including incentives)
🕒 Working Hours: Shift system – 7 working hours + 1 hour break
📅 6 working days a week / 1 day off
Requirements:
🇸🇦 Saudi nationality
🗣️ Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
🎓 Qualification in Information Technology (Diploma or higher)
🧑‍💻 Practical experience of 0–1 years
⭐ Preferably experience in the field of fiber optics (FTTH)
+ Knowledge of troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about internet and fiber optic (FTTH) services
Resolving technical issues related to connectivity and devices
Assisting with billing and payments and updating account information
Managing service upgrades or cancellations and changes
Handling complaints and ensuring they are resolved quickly and with high quality
Supporting customer retention and promoting additional services
Monitoring customer satisfaction and improving their experience with the service

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support or service desk roles.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with MDM tools like JAMF or Intune.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Okta, and Atlassian is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English.

This is a full-time position with a contract lasting initially 12 months (5 days a week, standard business hours) until the end of 2026, with the potential for annual extensions. The role offers a salary of up to 11,000 SAR per month, depending on experience, and includes work permit sponsorship.
