Key Responsibilities:
  • Legal Counsel: Offer expert legal advice on real estate matters including acquisition, development, leasing, financing, procurement, and sales.
  • Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
