Are you detail-oriented and proficient in document production? As a Legal Secretary, you'll play a vital role in supporting our legal teams with high-quality document creation and administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Document Management & Production:
    • Create, format, and proofread legal documents including agreements, correspondence, presentations, and proposals.
    • Produce complex Word documents using styles, cross references, track changes, and serve as a resource for document based tasks.
    • Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations and manage document revisions and version control.
  • Legal Support & Administration:
    • Coordinate calendars, process monthly bills, and handle travel arrangements.
    • Respond to requests for information and prepare expense reports.

Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma; secretarial degree is preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and Saudi government portals is a plus.
