A Lifeguard is responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of swimmers while providing an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will oversee the pool area and ensure compliance with pool rules and regulations, assisting in maintaining a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise swimmers and ensure their safety
  • Ensure guests feel secure in the pool area
  • Inspect cleanliness of facilities and perform regular cleaning and maintenance duties
  • Enforce pool rules and safe swimming practices
  • Follow emergency action plans and procedures when necessary

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with two to three years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in an international luxury hotel chain. Fluency in English is required, while Arabic fluency is preferred.
