Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, condition-based maintenance, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to drive digital transformation in maintenance operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the aluminum extrusion industry is desirable.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and TPM.
