About the Maintenance Specialist Role

Half Million is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience to oversee and direct maintenance operations across assigned regions, ensuring the optimal performance of all equipment and machinery.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for organizing and directing both preventive and corrective maintenance activities. This includes ensuring efficient operations, adherence to safety protocols, and timely resolution of maintenance requests within service level agreements (SLAs). The role involves regular inspections of facilities and equipment, including coffee machines, to guarantee operational readiness.

  • Supervise and train maintenance technicians in assigned regions.
  • Plan, monitor, and execute preventive, routine, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
  • Inspect branches and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Enforce safety and health standards in all maintenance operations.
  • Oversee the installation of equipment and machinery for new branch openings.
  • Manage spare parts and maintenance materials to prevent operational delays.
  • Coordinate with other departments to secure necessary resources for maintenance work.
  • Train and guide junior maintenance staff on techniques and safety protocols.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, evaluating their performance quarterly.
  • Prepare and submit monthly maintenance reports for branches and company facilities.
  • Monitor warehouse inventory of maintenance parts and supplies.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations. A strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures is essential.

  • Proven experience in organizing and directing maintenance operations.

  • Experience in managing spare parts inventory and supplier relationships.
