Join our team as a Repair & Maintenance Supervisor!
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee and manage heavy equipment maintenance operations. In this role, you will supervise daily operations, coordinate activities, and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Operations: Follow day-to-day operations to ensure work continuity, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare reports.
  • Equipment Repair & Maintenance Supervision: Conduct site inspections, create maintenance schedules, oversee repairs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • People Supervisory & Development: Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and encourage development opportunities.
  • Self-Management: Set performance goals, identify learning needs, and stay updated with industry developments.
  • Policies, Processes & Procedures: Follow company policies to ensure consistent and safe work practices.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • 7+ years of equipment maintenance experience in construction.
  • Technical certificates in equipment maintenance.
