Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive communication.
    • Accountable for equipment safety and performance, reporting on work performed.
    • Identify site risks and take immediate action in case of high-risk situations.
  • Service Operations:
    • Responsible for safe working practices and execution of service visits.
    • Maintain service tools and equipment in good condition.
    • Raise sales opportunities to your supervisor.

Are You the One?
To qualify for this position, you should have:
  • ITI/Vocational Certificate course / Diploma Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of solid Preventive Maintenance experience with a reputed elevator company.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Preference for candidates with basic IT skills and a basic digital foundation.

  • Knowledge of Munitions Maintenance principles, Explosives Safety, and RSAF regulations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
