About the Role: Manager - Education Strategy

Qiddiya is seeking a Manager - Education Strategy to shape and drive the strategic direction of its education portfolio. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, focuses on market analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement to support the development and optimization of educational assets in alignment with Qiddiya’s vision and market needs.

Strategic Planning and Market Analysis

The Manager - Education Strategy will conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps within the education sector, including market sounding and benchmarking. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to expand and optimize Qiddiya’s education asset portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. A key part of the role includes leading feasibility assessments, market demand analysis, and data-driven modeling to inform decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration

This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including real estate and development teams, to ensure cohesive planning and execution of education assets. The role also involves managing relationships with external entities such as the Ministry of Education (MoE), MISA, and RCRC. A significant responsibility includes working with the Ministry of Education to support the development of public school offerings within Qiddiya.

Operator Selection and Development

The Manager - Education Strategy will support operator selection processes through thorough market research, evaluation, and internal due diligence. This includes developing and launching Request for Proposals (RFPs) in coordination with relevant stakeholders to attract and select suitable operators for educational ventures.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered a plus. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in education strategy, program management, or management consulting. Proven experience within a management consulting environment is essential for this position.
