About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director - Education Strategy to oversee the strategic development and execution of educational initiatives within the Qiddiya project. This leadership position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and requires a full-time commitment with over 10 years of experience. The role involves setting the vision for Qiddiya’s education ecosystem and driving strategic planning and partnerships.

Strategic Education Planning

The Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive city-wide education strategy. This includes forecasting demand, determining capacity requirements, and defining the optimal mix of educational assets. Furthermore, the role involves creating detailed strategy briefs for specific educational assets, outlining educational needs, operating models, investment prospects, and operator procurement strategies.

Partnerships and Investment Facilitation

A key aspect of this role is driving the attraction and appointment of world-class education operators to contribute to the Qiddiya project. The Director will also play a crucial part in facilitating private investment opportunities across the entire education portfolio, fostering growth and development within the sector.

Stakeholder Engagement

This position requires leading engagement with government authorities and other key external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of educational project components. Collaboration with internal development teams is also essential to guarantee that all educational assets meet the defined requirements and operator expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in education strategy, program development, or management consulting is required. Proven leadership experience in managing education projects and teams is also a critical requirement for this role.
