About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Manager Human Capital Programs and Partnerships to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on leading the development and execution of strategic human capital initiatives and fostering key external collaborations.

Strategic Contribution

The Manager will lead the design, implementation, and management of innovative human capital programs directly aligned with Qiddiya's strategic objectives. A core aspect of this role involves orchestrating strategic partnerships with external organizations to enhance workforce capabilities, drive employee development, and support the overall growth of the talent ecosystem within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and optimize human capital programs with a focus on leadership development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with educational institutions, training providers, consultants, and industry stakeholders to augment program reach and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with HR and business units to identify talent needs and tailor human capital programs accordingly.
  • Monitor program performance through qualitative and quantitative metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage budget and resources allocated to human capital initiatives, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Lead communication and change management efforts to promote program adoption and participant engagement.
  • Stay updated on global human capital trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance program impact.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in human capital program management and partnership development. The role requires proven ability to lead complex initiatives, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and develop strategies that promote organizational excellence and talent retention.
