About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - QC Social Media to oversee quality control processes across all social media channels. This role is essential for ensuring that all content adheres to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment. The position is based in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time role.
Role Overview
The Manager - QC Social Media will work closely with content creators, social media specialists, and marketing teams to maintain an excellent online presence and uphold Qiddiya’s reputation. This involves establishing and enforcing quality control standards to ensure brand voice and guidelines are consistently met across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain quality control standards for all social media content and campaigns.
- Review and approve social media materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to provide feedback and guidance on content improvement.
- Monitor social media channels for quality assurance and adherence to company policies.
- Identify and address any issues related to misinformation, inappropriate content, or brand misrepresentation.
- Develop and implement processes and tools for effective quality control in social media content production.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.
- Track and report on quality metrics to senior management and recommend improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in social media management, quality control, or content review roles.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong editorial skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and work collaboratively with creative teams.
- Experience developing and implementing quality control processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province. The role requires a dedicated professional to ensure the quality and integrity of Qiddiya's social media presence.
