About the Role

LHH Middle East is partnering with a multinational Law Firm to recruit a Market Development Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role will focus on enhancing the organization's presence within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through various marketing and business development initiatives.

Role Context and Responsibilities

The Market Development Manager will work closely with senior regional marketing and business development leadership as part of an integrated team. Key responsibilities include serving as a primary point of contact for marketing and business development requests, supporting stakeholder engagement, and understanding market priorities and client relationships. This role will also involve managing the full proposal lifecycle, from research and analysis to drafting and coordination for RFPs and proposals.

  • Maintaining databases and tracking lists for panel appointments, RFP portals, and business development opportunities.
  • Coordinating responses for marketing submissions, directories, awards, and nominations.
  • Planning and managing client events, including webinars, conferences, and in-person gatherings, from concept to post-event evaluation, including ROI and budget tracking.
  • Supporting the onboarding and integration of new team members.
  • Ensuring effective information flow between business teams and marketing functions.
  • Maintaining and updating marketing content, including website profiles and biographies.
  • Supporting the development and execution of business plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Managing a variety of short- and long-term marketing and business development projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in marketing and business development within a professional services environment. Proven experience in RFP and proposal management is essential. The role requires fluency in both English and Arabic.
