Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and align with our business objectives. This role demands a candidate with a robust background in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the group-wide marketing strategy tailored for each subsidiary.
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps including campaigns and KPIs.
  • Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency and reputation across the group.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define target segments.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including performance marketing and SEO/SEM.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to improve lead generation and support revenue.
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks and monitor marketing budgets for efficiency.
  • Lead event planning and manage stakeholder alignment across different departments.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proven success in executing marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with KPIs and ROI analysis.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability to coach and motivate teams.
