Job Description: Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist and Content Producer

Job: Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist

Type of Experience: Social Media Management + Content Production and Editing + Marketing Planning


Main Responsibilities:

1. Managing Social Media Platforms

  • Developing and implementing a brand presence strategy across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook).

  • Managing the publishing schedule according to a clear and balanced content plan.

  • Writing and crafting creative content suitable for each platform.

  • Designing interactive campaigns and increasing engagement and reach.

  • Responding to messages and comments and ensuring effective communication with the audience.

2. Creating Visual and Photographed Content

  • Producing suitable video clips for various platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

  • Shooting professional content for products or services according to the visual identity.

  • Using appropriate lighting, angles, and photography techniques.

3. Editing and Post-Production

  • Editing videos using editing programs (like CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut).

  • Adding visual and audio effects that suit the content style.

  • Improving video quality, adding texts, and applying creative elements.

4. Developing Marketing Plans

  • Market analysis and studying the target audience.

  • Preparing monthly and quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs.

  • Proposing new ideas to improve conversion rates and increase sales.

  • Monitoring advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Ads Manager).

5. Analysis and Reporting

  • Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports including:

    • Reach rates

    • Engagement

    • Account growth

    • Performance of paid campaigns

  • Analyzing results and recommending future improvements.

6. Managing Visual Identity and Branding

  • Applying visual identity across all designs and content.

  • Ensuring consistency in presentation style and tone across all platforms.


Required Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in social media platforms.

  • Photography and video skills.

  • Proficiency in editing software (Premiere – Final Cut – CapCut).

  • Good knowledge of social media SEO.

  • Managing advertising campaigns via Meta Ads, Snap Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Marketing Skills:

  • Crafting engaging and innovative content.

  • Understanding digital marketing strategies.

  • Analyzing data and making decisions based on it.

  • Ability to develop marketing plans for products and services.

Personal Skills:

  • Creativity and innovation.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Time management and organization.

  • Excellent communication skills.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Marketing, Media, Public Relations or equivalent.

  • Previous experience of no less than 1-3 years in marketing or social media management.

  • Proven experience in shooting, producing, and editing videos.
