We are seeking a passionate and skilled Marketing Manager - Transactions to enhance our marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies including Events, PR, Creative, and Social Media campaigns in collaboration with our Transactions Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage the transactions marketing team within the marketing & communications department.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to meet commercial objectives.
  • Define roles and assign targets to team members.
  • Oversee budgets to optimize marketing expenditure.
  • Coordinate and lead sales events and promotions.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams for successful campaign rollout.
  • Design and execute innovative Social Media Campaigns to boost sales.
  • Lead our in-house creative team to deliver compelling marketing materials.
  • Conduct social media audits to understand the competitive landscape.
  • Investigate and implement new marketing platforms to achieve commercial goals.
  • Manage public relations to ensure positive brand visibility across transaction accounts.
  • Foster relationships with media outlets to enhance PR efforts.
  • Regularly track and report performance metrics to senior management.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing and communications, particularly in real estate, e-commerce, or technology.
  • Proven expertise in leading marketing campaigns that drive sales.
  • Experience in establishing and managing marketing teams.
  • Strong background in social media management and public relations.
  • Expertise in budget management and marketing communication strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and innovate in fast-paced environments.
