Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Marketing the available halls to potential clients through appropriate means (field visits, phone calls, digital advertising).
• Receiving inquiries related to hall bookings and handling them professionally and promptly.
• Providing offers and services related to the halls that meet clients' needs.
• Negotiating with clients and closing deals to ensure sales targets are met.
• Coordinating booking schedules with relevant departments (such as the operations or hospitality department).
• Preparing periodic reports on sales and marketing activities and submitting them to management.
• Building long-term relationships with companies, event organizers, and individuals.
• Following up with clients after the event to ensure their satisfaction and gain their loyalty.
