Join Delham as a Senior Marketing Specialist!
Delham is a diversified business group headquartered in Saudi Arabia, renowned for its commitment to quality and excellence in the premium sweets and chocolate industry. We are searching for a talented Senior Marketing Specialist (FMCG - FOOD BRAND) to lead and grow one of our key FMCG food brands in Saudi Arabia.

Overview:
The ideal candidate will combine brand leadership and commercial acumen to drive consumer demand and market performance. You will manage the brand’s strategy ensuring effective marketing execution across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand & Marketing:
    • Develop and implement annual brand marketing plans tailored to the Saudi market.
    • Define brand positioning and communication strategies based on consumer insights.
    • Lead new product development and launches.
    • Manage media and creative agencies for effective campaigns.
    • Oversee marketing budgets for efficient allocation.
    • Work with PR, Digital, and Social Media teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Commercial & Sales:
    • Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams for effective execution.
    • Monitor product performance ensuring alignment with pricing and promotions.
    • Support sales teams with promotional tools and track performance metrics.
  • Data & Analysis:
    • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
    • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand or marketing management in FMCG or food industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales channels and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Google Analytics and ad management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable business decisions.
