We are looking for a creative marketing specialist to follow the latest trends in the food and beverage sector and turn them into innovative product ideas that meet market and customer needs. Your primary role will be to analyze customer behavior, propose new products, and contribute to the development and launch of products in coordination with internal teams. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze local and global trends in the food and beverage sector. - Study customer behavior and interests and analyze market needs. - Propose new product ideas based on current trends. - Innovate product names, flavors, and presentation ideas. - Analyze the performance of previous products and draw lessons to improve upcoming products. - Prepare a marketing brief for each new product. - Suggest packaging ideas and marketing offers. - Coordinate with the chef and development team during the launch phase. - Follow up on customer feedback after the product launch and analyze the results. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. - Experience or interest in marketing or product development. - Strong ability to analyze trends and consumer behavior. - Creativity in innovating marketing ideas and products. - Good analytical and organizational skills. - Communication skills and ability to work within a team.
