About the Role
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns focusing on real estate projects. This role will involve collaboration with sales and external agencies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) for real estate promotions.
  • Lead exhibitions, roadshows, and events including planning and vendor coordination.
  • Manage agency relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct market research to support marketing strategies.
  • Oversee marketing communications across various channels.
  • Develop marketing content, including brochures and presentations.
  • Align with sales teams to foster lead generation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insightful improvements.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing plans with project timelines.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in event marketing.
  • Proven experience in the Saudi or GCC markets.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and budget management.
