Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and optimize marketing campaigns across channels.
Monitor and report on performance metrics such as conversion rates and social engagement.
Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends in the aesthetic/plastic surgery market.
Collaborate with design teams to produce effective marketing assets.
Manage social media calendar and community engagement activities.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Coordinate with external vendors for events and promotional activities.
Analyze campaign results and prepare actionable insights for future initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or aesthetic sectors.
Familiarity with Saudi social media platforms and influencer marketing.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel and Google Analytics.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
