We are seeking a creative and analytical individual to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage customers, and drive business growth. This position requires strong skills in managing multi-channel campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Assist in creating brand marketing plans that align with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across digital, print, and events.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage content creation and collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality materials.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing: Develop strategies for social media engagement, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  • Brand Partnerships & Events: Support event marketing and build relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights for continuous improvement of brand strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools (*, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
