Job Title:

Ice Cream Maker / Mobile Ice Cream Cart Operator

Work Location:

Mobile Ice Cream Cart

Job Objective:

To prepare and serve ice cream products and beverages according to quality and hygiene standards, and to operate the cart daily to ensure efficient customer service and maintain sales levels and brand integrity.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and mix ice cream and flavors according to approved recipes.
  • Operate and maintain ice cream machines daily and ensure their safety.
  • Greet customers and provide service in a professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the cart, tools, and equipment throughout work hours.
  • Monitor cooling temperatures and store products properly.
  • Inventory raw materials and inform management of shortages or needs.
  • Adhere to health regulations, municipal requirements, and food safety.
  • Collect payments and handle payment devices and cash.
  • Contribute to increasing sales and improving customer experience.
  • Report any malfunctions or operational issues directly to management.
  • Adhere to work hours and designated locations for the cart.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in preparing ice cream or working in food and beverage carts is an advantage.
  • Ability to interact with customers and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety fundamentals.
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand and work for long hours.
  • Commitment, discipline, and good appearance.

Working Hours:

According to the cart's operating schedule, seasons, and events.

Salary and Benefits:

Determined based on experience and competence, with the possibility of sales incentives.
