We are looking for a candidate with high organizational and communication skills, capable of coordinating appointments and operational processes between doctors and patients to ensure the delivery of an outstanding healthcare experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating doctor and patient schedules and appointments.
• Following up on patient reservations and ensuring the readiness of appointments and medical procedures.
• Coordinating between medical and administrative departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Receiving patient inquiries and providing necessary support before, during, and after visits.
• Following up on treatment plans, subsequent appointments, and communicating with patients as needed.
• Preparing periodic reports and updating data and medical records according to approved policies.
• Commitment to quality standards, patient safety, and maintaining information confidentiality.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Services Management, Health Administration, Hospital Management, or a related field.
• Practical experience in medical coordination or customer service in the healthcare sector (essential requirement).
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and appointment management and medical records systems.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and work as a team.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (considered an additional advantage).
