At Riyadh University Hospital, we are seeking a dedicated Medical Secretary to provide essential administrative support in our clinical environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility while upholding high standards of confidentiality and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial support in a clinical environment.
  • Schedule staff meetings and keep minutes of the meetings.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Maintain organization in the hospital environment, preparing memos, invoices, and appointment letters.
  • Ensure confidentiality of documents and secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and assist in bookkeeping.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records for easy access and organization.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
  • Manage file systems and databases effectively.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • A degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare settings is an asset.

Skills and Competencies:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proven experience as a Medical Secretary or in similar administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
