About the Role

FLC Marketing Group is seeking a proactive and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily activities for events, exhibitions, shopper marketing, and activation projects within the KSA market. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a candidate comfortable with on-site execution and vendor coordination to ensure seamless brand experiences. The role involves close collaboration with the Senior Manager – KSA and the UAE head office to maintain smooth operations, timely delivery, and consistent service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operational management of events, exhibitions, activations, and retail experiences in KSA.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and on-ground execution to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to meet project requirements and standards.
  • Conduct site visits, oversee on-ground setup, and ensure operational readiness and brand compliance for all activations.
  • Prepare job briefs, work orders, checklists, and post-event reports as required.
  • Manage inventory, event materials, and logistics, including transport, storage, and on-site movement.
  • Track project milestones and task lists, escalating risks or operational concerns promptly.
  • Support financial processes, including vendor quotations, purchase orders, petty cash management, and basic cost tracking.
  • Help ensure compliance with local regulations, HSE requirements, and internal operational procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in operations management within the GCC, with a preference for KSA and agency-side experience in events, exhibitions, or activations. A strong understanding of vendor management, logistics, and on-ground production is essential.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving client needs.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within KSA as required for events and project needs.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation on-site for events and activations, involving coordination with various internal and external stakeholders. The Operations Manager will work closely with the KSA and UAE teams to ensure operational excellence.
