We are seeking a dedicated Operations Officer who will ensure the effective scheduling, dispatching, and execution of pest management services aligned with Rentokil Boecker® standards. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement standards from the Rentokil Boecker® Operations Manual.
• Schedule appointments based on client availability.
• Arrange appropriate dispatch for all teams.
• Follow up on pending appointments and develop monthly plans to minimize them.
• Ensure availability of chemicals and monitor consumption.
• Prepare daily schedules for technicians to guarantee timely execution of tasks.
• Collaborate with the sales department and manage communication regarding new clients.
• Handle and resolve client callbacks within a stipulated timeframe.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Standards through auditing and customer surveys.
• Assist in training sessions and manage internal requests related to team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations or relevant field.
• Proficiency in English, Arabic is a plus.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

About the Role:
As an Operations Specialist at Stella Stays, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our properties are in top condition. You'll help implement property management strategies, oversee daily operations, and make sure we meet Stella’s high standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle guest concerns and issues promptly to ensure they have the best experience.
• Be available for emergencies to make sure guests are safe and well taken care of.
• Prepare and share reports, and respond quickly to requests.
• Oversee daily property operations, including managing budgets and keeping things on track.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time, following SLAs.
• Keep all records accurate and updated daily.
• Work with approved service providers for maintenance, renovations, and repairs—getting quotes, managing the work, and staying within budget.
• Understand the roles of service providers to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Help meet goals on budget, offering cost-effective solutions.
• Focus on improving guest satisfaction with clear communication and problem-solving.
• Look for ways to improve processes and make everything more efficient.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers for smooth operations and service.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in operations or facilities management.
• Strong background in property management and daily operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and budget management skills.
• Experience working with maintenance, renovation, and managing suppliers.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and other tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Development & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with main contractors, consultants, developers, and other key decision-makers.
• Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targeted revenue growth.
• Tender & Proposal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for timely and accurate submission of prequalification documents, proposals, and bids.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and project forecasts to senior management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to ensure client expectations are aligned and met.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business Administration.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales/business development in the MEP contracting field in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
