Operations Manager – Food and Beverage Sector (F&B)

Floted Company announces its need for an Operations Manager to join the team and contribute to developing operational performance and increasing the efficiency of branches.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Full supervision of daily operations of branches (Front of House)

• Ensure the application of quality and operational standards (SOPs)

• Manage and develop work teams and improve productivity

• Monitor inventory and supply and reduce waste

• Analyze performance and prepare periodic operational reports

• Improve customer experience and ensure their satisfaction

• Work towards achieving sales and operational goals

Requirements:

• Experience of no less than 3 years in the F&B field (preferably in restaurant or cafe chains)

• High leadership and management skills

• Ability to manage multiple branches

• Strong knowledge of operating and quality systems

• Analytical and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in English (intermediate to advanced level)
