About the Role

Fullcycle, a Saudi-based company specializing in logistics, security, operational services, and consulting for events, is seeking an Operations Planning Designer to join its Project Management Office (PMO) team. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, focuses on developing comprehensive event operations plans, client presentations, and technical layouts. The position requires transforming operational data into clear, professional, and visually polished documents for internal teams, clients, and on-ground operations staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and refine event operations plans for client, internal, and on-ground operational teams.
• Develop visually clear and professional planning documents, including presentations, layouts, maps, and operational reports.
• Utilize AutoCAD for the creation and updating of site layouts, parking plans, access routes, transport plans, operational zones, crowd flow routes, and event maps.
• Employ Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) to enhance the visual quality of plans, reports, maps, and client-facing materials.
• Translate operational inputs, site information, and team requirements into polished planning outputs.
• Coordinate with various teams including operations, traffic, parking, transportation, security, crowd management, logistics, and client communications.
• Support the PMO in preparing client presentations, proposals, operational plans, and post-event reports.
• Ensure consistency in document formatting, branding, templates, legends, icons, and overall visual standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Event Management, Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating site layouts, operational zones, access routes, parking plans, and event maps.
• Proficiency in Adobe products, specifically Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Competency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to effectively transform operational information into clear, professional, and visually polished plans.
• Strong visual presentation skills with a keen attention to formatting, branding, and document quality.
• Capability to interpret maps, layouts, technical drawings, and site information.
• Good English communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in events, operations planning, technical drafting, engineering, or design is preferred for this role.
