About The Role:
As the Site Supervisor, you will manage the daily operations at our KitchenPark facility, ensuring smooth workflows and an excellent experience for our restaurant partners. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee facility maintenance, and act as the main point of contact for our partners.

What You’ll Do:
  • Team Management: Train and manage facility staff, ensuring excellent order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Building Repair & Maintenance: Conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Health & Cleanliness: Oversee cleaning protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
  • Customer Support: Build trusting relationships with restaurant partners and manage their experiences.
  • Administrative & Strategic: Participate in planning and report on key performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of supervisory experience in facility operations or hospitality. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset are essential.
