Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Role

BTranz is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting enterprise implementations, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing support activities across Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in relevant modules and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on Core HR and other relevant HCM modules, including configurations and business processes.
• Provide support for Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and other applicable modules.
• Handle functional setups, issue resolution, testing, and implementation activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 6-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Proven experience in enterprise implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in delivering effective business solutions.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to support various Oracle Fusion projects and activities.
