Oracle Primavera Unifier Consultant

About the Role

Btranz is seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera Unifier Consultant for a large-scale implementation project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position requiring a professional with strong expertise in Primavera Unifier solution design, configuration, business process implementation, stakeholder engagement, and PMIS solutions. The role demands a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops for gathering business requirements and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
• Design and configure Primavera Unifier business processes, workflows, forms, and approval workflows.
• Implement solutions for cost management, contract management, procurement, change management, payments, and project controls.
• Prepare functional designs, process flows, and comprehensive solution documentation.
• Conduct customer workshops and presentations in both Arabic and English.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams, PMOs, business users, and senior management stakeholders.
• Define and support integrations between Primavera Unifier and various enterprise applications.
• Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• Define reporting requirements, dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Support implementation, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in Primavera Unifier solution design and configuration.
• Proven experience in implementing business processes within Primavera Unifier.
• Strong background in PMIS solutions.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement for this role. Candidates must be capable of independently conducting customer workshops, gathering business requirements, and presenting solutions in Arabic without the need for interpreter support. Proficiency in English is also required for technical documentation and international collaboration.
