Order Fulfillment Specialist Subs

About the Role

Technogym is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the complete order processing cycle, from initial quote confirmation through to final billing. The specialist will ensure adherence to internal policies, deliver a premium customer experience, and manage logistics and stock optimization. This position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure precise and timely order processing, maintaining governance and compliance with internal policies and sales conditions.
• Provide a premium customer experience by effectively managing customer journey touchpoints.
• Plan and manage deliveries through the logistic portal, including delivery date management, job assignment, and activity closure.
• Optimize free stock management and process Purchase Orders to HQ, ensuring correct stock movement.
• Maintain an accurate order portfolio (backlog), prevent expirations, and collaborate with sales to minimize backlog slippage.
• Keep the CRM system updated with relevant customer service information.
• Manage TECHNOGYM CARE activities, providing prompt and appropriate feedback to customer inquiries.
• Conduct post-delivery surveys to assess customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in order fulfillment or a related field.
• Demonstrated high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time and workload management skills.
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with systems such as SAP and Outlook.
