About the Role

شركة قادة البناء الحديث is seeking an OSH Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves developing and implementing occupational safety and health standards at work sites. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement occupational safety and health foundations, rules, and procedures at the work site.
• Identify occupational hazards in work sites and develop procedures to mitigate them.
• Provide necessary occupational safety and health supplies and tools, and monitor their appropriate use.
• Prepare specialized documents and reports detailing work results and safety initiatives.
• Prepare and develop occupational safety and health foundations, procedures, and instructions, including safety policies, safe work instructions, evacuation instructions, safety committee guidelines, safety records, and medical examination protocols. Monitor their approval and adherence.
• Identify mechanical, electrical, and chemical hazards within work sites and ensure appropriate warning signs and labels are in place.
• Prepare lists of items, quantities, and specifications for occupational safety and health equipment and supplies. Follow up on their provision and ensure workers adhere to their use.
• Develop work methods and procedures, keeping pace with technical advancements in the field.
• Prepare specialized documents and reports related to engineering works and projects, including their progress. Present and clarify these reports, and save them in the designated database according to approved policies and procedures.
