About the Role

Stealth Ventures, a growth-driven venture capital firm with a global investment focus and a strategic emphasis on Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region, is seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Partner. This role is pivotal in driving the firm's success by leading deal origination, investment execution, capital raising, and strategic portfolio development. The firm is committed to a disciplined investment approach, prioritizing unit economics, scalable business models, and genuine product-market fit over market hype. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to originate proprietary deal flow, demonstrate strong commercial judgment, and effectively manage investments from inception through to exit. This position is crucial for accessing and securing high-quality, often off-market and relationship-driven, investment opportunities, and will contribute significantly to the firm's overall strategy and growth. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the firm's investment strategy and thematic focus areas, identifying high-potential sectors based on macro trends, capital flows, and structural inefficiencies.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear sourcing mandates and investment pipelines, continuously assessing global and regional markets to refine the firm's positioning and competitive edge.
  • Lead deal sourcing efforts across Saudi Arabia, MENA, and global markets, building and maintaining a robust pipeline of high-quality, proprietary investment opportunities by leveraging personal networks with founders, operators, early shareholders, sellers, venture capital firms, co-investors, family offices, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Secure participation in highly competitive and oversubscribed deals, identifying opportunities in primary rounds (early-stage to growth), secondary transactions, and structured or control-oriented investments, while establishing the firm as a preferred investor of choice among top-tier founders.
  • Lead comprehensive evaluation of investment opportunities, including business model assessment, unit economics analysis (LTV/CAC, margins, payback periods), product-market fit validation (retention, engagement, growth quality), and go-to-market strategy effectiveness.
  • Oversee and validate financial modeling and valuation, market sizing and competitive positioning, and risk assessment and downside scenarios, ensuring all investment decisions are grounded in data-driven analysis and commercial logic.
  • Lead the full investment lifecycle, from initial screening and deep due diligence to investment committee presentation, negotiation, and execution, structuring investments to optimize risk-adjusted returns, governance rights, and strategic influence.
  • Negotiate term sheets, shareholder agreements, and transaction documentation, coordinating with legal, financial, and external advisors throughout the execution process.
  • Maintain active oversight of portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance on growth strategy, unit economics optimization, and market expansion, and supporting portfolio companies in follow-on funding rounds, strategic partnerships, key hires, and organizational scaling.
  • Identify underperformance early and implement corrective strategies, contributing to exit planning and execution, including M&A, secondary sales, and IPO readiness.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships across the ecosystem, including founders, entrepreneurs, venture capital and private equity firms, investment banks, advisors, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, private investment forums, and strategic networking events, strengthening the firm's reputation as a disciplined, high-conviction investor.
  • Support fundraising activities for current and future funds by engaging with limited partners (LPs), including family offices, institutional investors, and strategic partners, and contributing to fund marketing materials, investment performance reporting, and investor communications.
  • Participate in due diligence processes with prospective LPs and ensure all investments align with fund mandates, internal investment guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor portfolio and market risks proactively and maintain high standards of governance, ethics, and fiduciary responsibility.
  • Mentor and guide Analysts and junior investment professionals, contributing to building a high-performance investment culture and supporting the recruitment and development of talent within the investment team.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership on capital allocation, pipeline prioritization, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or high-growth operating roles.
  • A demonstrated track record of success in sourcing, executing, and managing investments.
  • Strong evidence of access to proprietary deal flow.
  • Experience in leading transactions and negotiating complex deals.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the field.
