Roche is seeking a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role operates at the center of the organization, focusing on redefining Roche's societal role through direct collaboration with ecosystem stakeholders. The PJP functions as an empowered local leader, working to co-create high-impact, patient-centric solutions within a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Role Purpose and Focus

The Patient Journey Partner role is functionally agnostic, deliberately eliminating traditional sales and commercial targets. Its primary focus is on delivering faster, better outcomes for patients and the broader health system. This involves bringing external perspectives into Roche and sharing Roche's expertise, science, and knowledge with the ecosystem to transform patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for transforming patient outcomes efficiently.
• Act as a trusted partner and the primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche.
• Communicate patient and stakeholder community needs internally, prioritize resources, and drive solutions for faster outcomes.
• Partner with patient journey stakeholders to address roadblocks and unlock possibilities for patient and community value.
• Oversee Roche’s products throughout their lifecycle, supporting appropriate use and sharing their merits with healthcare professionals (HCPs) truthfully and balancedly.
• Function as a system thinker, identifying shared purpose among stakeholders to co-create solutions within the ecosystem.
• Leverage local and network expertise and resources as needed, including collaboration with other PJPs.
• Ensure positive experiences for stakeholders engaging with Roche employees, products, and services.
