The Launch Program: Performance Analytics Associate Consultant

This full-time, 18-month Launch Program in Riyadh is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. It focuses on building specialized expertise through hands-on experience, structured learning, and mentorship. Participants will address real business challenges, apply their skills to impactful projects, and deepen their understanding of Mastercard's operations. The program aims to develop technical, analytical, and professional capabilities to accelerate career growth within the company.

Role Overview: Performance Analytics

As an Associate Consultant specializing in Performance Analytics within Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services (A&CS) team, you will contribute to data-driven consulting solutions for clients. The A&CS team focuses on driving impact through insights, implementation, and a collaborative, tech-enabled culture. This role involves working with small teams to address strategic questions for major brands, with a focus on technology and data across various industries including financial services, retail, restaurants, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within small teams to develop and implement solutions for client strategic challenges.
• Take ownership of deliverables and build external relationships with clients.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative skills with enterprise applications such as Business Intelligence Platforms, SQL, and Python to deliver data-led consulting solutions.
• Integrate Mastercard, client, and third-party data assets to analyze trends, build propensity models, create data visualizations, and synthesize data into cohesive narratives.
• Engage with client stakeholders through virtual and in-person meetings, leveraging insights to inform strategic recommendations.
• Support multiple customers concurrently on projects ranging from 4 weeks to 1 year.

Information Security Responsibilities

All personnel accessing Mastercard assets, information, and networks are responsible for information security. This includes adhering to Mastercard’s security policies and practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, reporting suspected security violations or breaches, and completing all mandatory security trainings in accordance with guidelines.

Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative skills.
• Proficiency in enterprise applications such as Business Intelligence Platforms, SQL, and Python.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and develop data visualizations.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with client stakeholders and presenting insights.
